Our commitment to society
Sustainability is much more than environmental protection! We are not only aware of our ecological responsibility but also of our social responsibility as a family business rooted in Munich. Our commitment includes, in particular, social projects for children and senior citizens. We, the Maier family, have always attached great importance to a corporate culture in which commitment to society is a high priority – and we support this in others as well. Respect for the human being
As a family business, we value and support other small and medium-sized family businesses, service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers … We act responsibly: towards our employees, of course, who are the heart and soul of our hotels, but also towards others. We support numerous social and cultural projects in Munich and take part in the “Inclusion in Bavaria” campaign, among others.

Maier Privathotels stands for diversity – in this spirit, we support “Inklusion München” (Inclusion Munich), among others. The project aims to raise awareness for the topic of inclusion and to create social togetherness. A comprehensive integration of different cultures, experiences, and people, as well as the creation of equal opportunities, are essential factors. Employee mobility is becoming increasingly important in a sustainable business – justifiably. The potential for saving CO2 emissions caused by company mobility is enormous. With benefits such as a subsidy for public transport and a cooperation with “JobRad” we promote environmentally friendly mobility of our employees. Giving up the car and switching to buses, trains, and bicycles is just as good for our health as for the environment.
