↵„Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad you liked the design of our room. Of course, we regret that you didn’t feel entirely comfortable due to the window arrangement. However, we’d like to add that by upgrading you to our suite for one night, we specifically wanted to offer you something special and, above all, greater comfort. The suite measures approximately 30 m², features a spacious sitting and sleeping area, two televisions, and a spacious bathroom. Therefore, the comparison to a prison cell does come as a surprise to us—even though we can, of course, understand that the window may have seemed too small to you given the size of the room, or that its position next to the bed may have felt unusual. To create a pleasant and cozy atmosphere nonetheless, we deliberately incorporated numerous lighting elements into the suite. Our goal was to create a space where guests can feel at ease and relax, despite the architectural constraints. We take your feedback very seriously, however, and thank you for your candid comments.
